So why didn’t incremental health reform work the way it was supposed to? For the same reason that other piecemeal reforms haven’t.

I wanted to stop yesterday and earlier today, but today I want to drink. I know that it is addictive and acknowledges that it has cost me and the grades and money. Is the clinic in Souther California, can I stay?

I know that there are several 12-step programs, not all of which focus on alcohol / drugs, but the program revolves around the belief a higher power, whether it is God, or whatever. What about people who do not know whether God exists? Anyone have any experience with this?
